We are a dynamic and innovative trading company in the northern German trading metropolis of Hamburg and part of the BayWa Group. We specialise in the global trade of agricultural commodities & grain specialties in the beer industry. In addition to that, we have expanded our product portfolio to include various food ingredients and vegetable proteins.

Your expertise

  • a completed commercial apprenticeship
  • practical experience in office organisation and communication
  • enjoy working with people and working in a team
  • a hands-on mentality and strong communication skills
  • You are open-minded, flexible and an organisational talent
  • very good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • very good knowledge of German and English
  • a high sense of responsibility and an independent, structured way of working

Your tasks

  • Office organisation, general administrative activities
  • Purchasing and administration of supplies and materials
  • Correspondence/communication with customers/suppliers/service providers, our parent company and their subsidiaries
  • Planning and organisation of meetings, conferences and events
  • Administrative and project-related support of the management and the individual departments
  • Project work (support with marketing activities, digitalisation, sustainability, etc.)
  • Fleet management
  • Compliance and data protection management in cooperation with the parent company
  • IT coordination with our IT service provider
